After many years of tweaking it was time to upgrade our web-site to create the 'on-line tools you need from the experience agents you want'. While we are by no means 'done' sometimes it makes more sense to drag a new site on-line with not every bell and whistle installed than keep beating the old one to death. This new www.cblacosta.com site now incorporates the state of the art user characteristics that will allow us to continue to be a leader in our industry in the Bahia de Banderas region. For example, each listing will have a google map that will take the user directly to the physical location of the property. We will now have the opportunity to post unlimited amounts of video and imagery for our listings and our viewers will be able to personally view and download pdf profiles of every property as well. Instead of our agents having to post every listing and then create a separate property profile, its all done online for them. These are just a few of the very many features that we are excited about and sharing with you, not to mention the back of the office features this new site will deliver for our customers. Over the next 30 to 60 days we will be continuing to implement these and other very cool options - including this blog! - so keep tuned in and please give us your feedback so that we can get this from good to great!
